Glad to finally own one!


I’m a big fan of the Dragon’s Den and haven’t missed a single episode since the beginning.
I must say that I was very touched by your story, as most viewers I’m sure, but also very inspired by your attitude towards adversity and how you turned it into an opportunity to change your life for the better. I wish you the best of success, prosperity andcontinuation.

My immediate response to your idea was: Wow! what a great idea! Unfortunately, there was no bathtub in the apartment I was living in at the time so there was no point in owning an Aquablanket, but I promised myself to buy one as soon as I would a bathtub to soak in. It finally happened this year when I bought my first condo. But, my water heater is not that big, which means that there is no more hot water by the end of filling the tub. The water temperature is just perfect to get in but doesn’t stay that way for long, hence the real need for your brilliant product.

So I went on to order one. I was so disappointed to see that it was not possible to order because it was sold out. I kept going back to the website regularly but the status never changed so I thought maybe it was out production and I could never own my Aquablanket. It was a real need so I did searches for a similar product, which I never found. After watching a new episode of the Dragon’s Den I finally had the idea to go through their boutique and Voilà! I an finally the happy owner of an Aquablanket. And a satisfied one at that! Without it, the water in my tub would stay warm for about 20 minutes, no more. When using it, I can enjoy a warm relaxing bath for at least 75 minutes!!! I also ordered a bath pillow so it’s all the more comfortable. Thank you so much for a great product. It’s very lightweight, perfectly sized and the color is very nice (I got the blue one).

I must mention also that I appreciate the care you put in packaging the order by hand and joining a word signed by hand. It might mean that the orders are treated on a one to one basis due to lack of sales. If that is the case, all the more merit for keeping on doing it. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll find your product in stores all across north America.
